So, I heard more people are dealing with this problem.
I have a XFX 7970 ghz edition from last year.
I like to tune the fanspeed of my gpu manually but the last few days I'm detecting this problem.
Basically, when I adjust the fanspeed with the control center my gpu doesn't respond to the changes that I make. So yeah, it's kinda annoying and I'm seeking for someone with more knowledge than me.

Amd Fx 8350 + h100i
Asus m5a99x evo r2.0
4x4 Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz
Xfx R7970 ghz edition
