Can i use the Windows 7 disk on 2 PCs?
i know that its gonna not install on my other PC... But how does it know in what PC i install it on, what if i changed some parts of my current PC?, how would it know if its the PC that i installed it originally? the correct one?

And what if i can raid the HDD that i have on this PC with the OS install and put it in my other PC which doesn't have an OS installed and have it boot from there?

Solution
You have to reactivate, which might involve a phone call to Microsoft. This assumes that your Windows 7 disk is not an OEM one. If it is then you will have to be very convincing - basically, replace the motherboard with the same model or the nearest equivalent if the original is no longer manufactured.
