How much would Crossfire improve performance by?

My current build has an AMD FX-6300 processor paired with an MSi R9 270 OC edition. It's an awesome setup for what I want and I'm really surprised at how well it can handle most games. This is more of a theoretical question because I don't exactly have the funds, but assuming I were to buy a second MSi R9 270, how much would the performance improve by, or would it even be improved at all?

xfire can help you by as much as 90% improvement... it scales much better then SLi. just know that it's a bit buggy, and doesn't work with dx9 titles, or in eyenfinity mode yet.

Varies from game to game. However, you could expect an increase of over 50% on most games with the proper configuration. That means if you're currently running at 40 FPS, you'll be running them at 60 FPS with CrossFire enabled.
