In my experience it's almost always either:

Heat causing thermal shutdown. Use Coretemp to monitor this
RAM: download and run memtest, leave it running overnight ideally
PSU - no easy way to test this, have to swap it for a know working PSU.

Ok, I would run some stress tests. Don't use artificial ones. Sit there the WHOLE time and watch the temepratures.

Heat may not be the issue. Dota 2 can run on a macbook. If you think it's the psu it's kindof hard to test.

Ok, start with this.

1. Unplug the cable from graphics card and try integrated graphics and see if that makes a difference.
2. Run the stress tests
3. Figure out if there is a temperature at which it crashes.
4. If you have a modular PSU, check connections. Actually, do this no matter what. If you have a modular one use different ports on the psu, and if not try hooking up different cables.
5. If you HAVE to, update BIOS. NOT RECOMENDED, but you may have to. Take some time and research how to do it. Use the asuz ez flash. DON'T USE ASUS EZ UPDATE IT CORRUPTED MY BIOS.

6. Call Asus, it could be the motherboard, Call corsair and see if the psu could cause this,

Hope this helps
