I cracked the single player and got above 30 fps on high settings at 720p. I want to buy the game for multiplayer. Will it run "decent"?.
Specs:
AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GB

Well, at 720p it should run decently, and should be playable enough.
But if it is not, run it at medium and it should be at a good framerate.

I'd really say, "No". First off ARMA games are really badly optimized even good high end systems get drug down by the game systems. Second off all these games are very CPU intensive as the settings don't change game fidelity but apply more and more filters as you turn them up. At the lowest setting maybe 720p but even that's saying a lot

You should be able to 40 frames at 720p. I would probably not play any games in 720p if you can avoid it. You can play very high at 1080p with 660ti and at ultra 1080p with gtx 770.

My GT 640 DDR5 churns at 30 fps on 1080p low, so you're limited to 720p with that card. On low.
