I am using Twinmos 512mb ddr2 Ram, would it be a problem if I add 1gb ddr2 ram of different Bandwidth from any other brand? Or of different pin configuration? M.board DG41RQ. HDD 500gb

You can't have a different pin configuration, or it wouldn't be DDR2.
In theory any DDR2, and any brand will work together.
For the most part that is true, but you will find memory that won't work with a particular board.
If it works, and the 2 sticks have different speeds, it will run at the speed of the slower stick.
Both in MHz, and CAS latency.
