Hi, I'm soon to build my first gaming PC and I am confused on one little topic, I want to install Windows 7 on a 120GB SSD and most my games on my 1TB HDD, how will I do so? Because isn't Program Files (Where Steam will be located) on the SSD? Or can I move the Program Files to my HDD or what? Because I want most my games (Except a few FPS's) on my HDD, so how will I do it? Thanks!

Solution
Simply change the settings during installation. Steam will ask where do you want to have it installed, simply specify the HDD instead of the default location under "Program Files".

Programs don't have to be under Program Files, it's simply a way to keep them organized, so that each program doesn't have a completely different install location.

Oh really? I was just thinking that all files like Steam were forced to be downloaded in Program Files, now I feel stupid, good to know anyway, thanks so much! :D

They'll download by default to Steam's installation path. Most games allow you to define a different path (so that it isn't under Steam), but others don't.

So if you install Steam on the HDD all the games will automatically download to the HDD.

I used to have Steam installed on my SSD and have the games installed to the HDD, but a few games could only be installed to where Steam was installed (in this case, the SSD), so I moved the entire installation to my HDDs.
