How high should I overclock my CPU?

I have an AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.50Ghz CPU and a Corsair H55 liquid cooler.. how high should I overclock? I tried using Prime95 and I get about 58 at load in 30 mins..

Each CPU is different you really want to test until you find the limits of your CPU. Someone else will know the exact limits for that CPU but in general no more than 80C under load and 1.4 Vcore for the longest life.
