U12S Noctua. AIOs are pointless, sure they cool your CPU but they allow your VRMs temperature to run hot, VRMs get their cooling from CPUs being air cooled OR motherboard waterblocks used in proper water cooling in custom loops.
If you can fit it get the Noctua NH-U14S instead of the 120mm.
Get the CM 212 EVO if your spared money can be spent on a better GPU if you havent already built it.
im running sli gtx 770 so i just need to looking for an air cooler to replace my cm n520 because im trying to overclock my i5 4670k to 4.6ghz but n520 couldnt do the job well

yeah i was thinking to get u14s but my cpu cooler height limitation is 160mm while u14s is like 165mm so either i have to mod my case or get smaller version

If your case is that small you may want to look at the AIO coolers if you have room for a radiator.
