This is what I get when I try to turn on my pc: More information below.

Warning: Bios recovery mode has been detected. Please pu the file "z87st.cap" into HDD or a removable USB media device and then reset your computer. You can also insert the ASUS support cd to your cd=rom and reset your computer. If you have done these things, plese wait a moment and downt shutdown system!!! system will be automatically rebooted.

I have an asus sabertooth motherboard. Everything was running fine before for the past month or so. I uptaded the bios, and then never restarted the computer (I don't think, I may have.) I went to turn it back on and it was acting strangely. I switched out my display port cable for a dvi and got that message. What do I do????

To anyone reading this, I fixed it. I had to:

1.) Clear CMOS by removing batery on MOBO
2.) Do a usb BIOS FLASHBACK (asus feature)
3.) Re-Do all my bios settings

well thats about it
