Im building a mini itx pc for my media, it will include a dual dvb-s2 card which i already have and wont be used for much else only for downloading. I do not plan on gaming on this so there is no need for a graphics card, the onboard will do. What i need is a silent cheap psu (when i say cheap i mean it but it really needs to be silent)

Gigabyte H87N-WIFI Motherboard
Intel Pentium G3420 Dual Core CPU Retail
Hypertec Hyperam 4GB Kit (2 x 2048MB) 1600MHz PC3-12800 CL9 DDR3
Im planning on using the stock intel fan too. Really dont want to spend that much due to just building an insane gaming pc.Also the built in wifi is a must on the board.
PSU Advice?
