Did I break my graphics card?

I have been having issues with my Nvidia 525m graphics card. It uses Optimus with the integrated card.
I was attempting to mine bitcoins the other week, and while attempting to tweak the configuration I seemed to have made it perform much worse.
What I did was change the Blocks x Warps to something that crashed my video card.
I've tried everything I can do, including doing a clean install with the drivers. I am getting terrible FPS in all games I try to play. The video card isn't overheating, I'm using MSI Afterburner to moniter heat and GPU%. Currently trying to play Counter Strike with 8-12 FPS with 15% GPU used. Really bizarre, is there anyway to force the GPU to 100%? Really need some professional insight, thanks!

Solution
First off, did you change something on the card or on the miner? Second, there is a command you can type into command prompt to force 100% usage, but it should only be used if other solutions don't work.

I changed the setting in the miner.
To be exact: cudaminer.exe -a scrypt -H 1 -i 0 -l F8x4 -C 1 -o
I believe I changed it to: cudaminer.exe -a scrypt -H 1 -i 0 -l F12x16 -C 1 -o
And it immediately crashed.
