Hello,
I recently just built my first custom PC and when I turn it on, it turns on for about 4 seconds and the cpu led comes on, so does the RAM, but when it gets to the boot device it just turns off and restarts. When I plug it into a monitor the splash screen doesn't show either.
Specs:
700W Cooler master thunder PSU
Intel core i7 4770
Gigabyte R9 290 Windforce 3X
8GB DDR3 Gskill RAM
640GB Hard drive, 120gb SSD.
Asus Z87-C Motherboard
What could be wrong?
