4 pin fan to 3 pin connector

I have the CM Storm Stryker. The front panel has 3 pin connectors and can control the speed of the fan. How do
I connect the AF120 which has 4 pins to this?

Look at the connector. You will see that it is notched to show you which pins can plug into the three pin connector on your motherboard. Not a big deal.

Not the motherboard. I mean to the front panel wires. The wires that came with the case.

My Phantom 630 Full Tower has what I would call a bridge on the backside of the case that you connect the case wires and motherboard wires to. Is this the configuration you are referring to?
