Upgrade? Will I need to re-install my drivers?

For example my Ethernet Driver and my Graphics card driver...if I upgrade to Windows 8/8.1 from Windows 7 then will I need to re-install the ETHERNET DRIVER MAINLY. Because I lost the disc 
Don't need the disk. Go to the manufacturers website, and download the drivers first. Put them on a USB stick. And they will be the newest drivers, not from a year old CD...

Yes. You'll have to go to the manufacturer's website to find the drivers (and hopefully they'll have a Windows 8 version)
