Hello, I just built my new computer and I want to install my Windows 7 on my SSD, (Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5") The only problem is that when I go to Windows 7 Installation, when I get to "Where do you want to install windows?" it gives me the error Windows cannot be installed to disk 0 partition 1. I have already tried changing to AHCI in my bios and did shift+f10 to change it to mbr. im out of ideas, thanks!

Solution
Had the same problem - try a non-UEFI boot, fixed it for me(either select the non-UEFI option in the boot menu or disable UEFI booting).

Update: Better disable UEFI completely, I got some nasty error at the end of installation and had to repeat it with UEFI off. Got windows running now.

Yeah I just did and I am still getting this error.
Now, when I go to my BIOS, when I look at my settings it says that all 6 ports except for 1 are "Not present".
In SATA Port1 it says TssTcorp CDDVD ATAP is in there, but that is only the dvd drive. Does this mean it is not registering my SSD?

That is what it sounds like to you have another computer to check with? Otherwise if it doesn't even register in the BIOS you may want to call Samsung and RMA it
