CM Storm Stryker Front Panel

I have the CM Storm Stryker, I want to add 2x AF120 Quiet Editions on it. Do I have to get the PWM ones? Or does the front panel control the voltage. Is the front panel able to control the non PWM fans with the + and - buttons?

The case fan controller only has the 3pin power connectors ( for 4 fans) so you have to use the 3pin one to connect the fan that means it will control the fans by voltage. Or can I just cut the side of the 3 pin and stick it in?

You can but I don't recommend, it is up to you.
