My Windows 8 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) Pre-installed got a virus so I have to reformat it that's why I downloaded Windows 8.1 x64 All in One RTM 7in1 iso after that I installed it using the PRO key and now my windows is running Windows 8.1 Pro (Build 9600) but my problem is the activator I don't know where to find my retail key and i also cleanup the old windows file the windows.old folder and my another problem is I can't install drivers on my laptop.

Ex. Installing Intel(R) Graphics Driver Software after exacting the files there's a error popping out it says Error executing the specified program "C:\User\ELDIES~1\AppData\Local\Temp\pft...

I really need help. I can't even install .net framework 3.5 in windows features or offline install it by using cmd -_-

Please help me this laptop is so useless without the graphics drivers.

Until you match your OS with your Product key it won't activate properly, leading to the problems you're having.
Suspect as it was pre-installed the OEM key will be encrypted and hidden in BIOS. As you can't d'load the 'White box' OEM version of Windows that corresponds with your Product Key life is difficult. Do you not have a Recovery Partition on your drive?

1. fresh install... have your machine as vanilla as possible... go to msdn and get a free windows 8.1 iso. i recommend win8.1 enterprise

2. magicjellybean....

3. driver pack solution

4. open the win8,1 iso, go to sources, sxs, copy everything to a new folder on your c drive with the name net35

5. enter this code Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:c:\net35 /LimitAccess

6. after it is finished, run driverpacksolution

7. install a proper antivirus... i recommend bitdefender or kaspersky

8. enjoy... any questions email efrancis@ucp.cm.rimed.cu
