4gb or 2gb gpu

looking at these two cards and cant choose between them I have a micro mobo so no sli single gpu to last 2 years if it will

ScanFX GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB Overclocked £ 230
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3x OC 4096MB £230

You should probably get a GTX 770 but from a different non-reference company, like EVGA or Asus. It also depends on what kind of monitor you are using. If you are gaming at 1080p and below, you really only need 2 GB of VRAM.

But my suggestion is to go with the 770.

it will be 1080p as I use a samsung series 6 3d tv games will be titanfall /elder scrolls /skyrim /boarder lands 2 and warframe

Possibly anything like the 770 would suit your needs for ultra gaming. The 780 has 3 GB of VRAM so if you want that, it is a little bit under or over 500 USD and then you could probably be running ultra for a lot of games in the future.

What is your budget?

I have a £300 budget as I am doing 2 builds at the same time one for my son

Go with the GTX 770 2GB. You'll need more than one GTX 760 to utilize 4GB VRAM, as the horsepower is the bottleneck in that instance. Stick to 1920x1080 and keep AA settings to a minimum, as 2GB isn't quite enough for the newer titles at higher settings.
