What to spend $300 on?

I have $300 to spend. I'm debating whether or not to upgrade my monitor, keyboard, and mouse or upgrade my GPU? My current GPU is a AMD Radeon HD 7850. My current monitor is a HP w2207h 22 inch LCD. I have a cheap Logitech keyboard and mouse now. If I were to upgrade my keyboard/mouse/monitor, it would be this: Razer DeathAdder 2013 Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse,
ASUS VX248H Black 24" 1ms, and Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Keyboard. Now what should I upgrade? Monitor/mouse/keyboard or my HD 7850 2GB GPU? If you say my GPU then please suggest a good card and the brand (Gigabyte, Sapphire, MSI, etc..) as well as AMD or Nvidia. Thanks for the help!

I personally wouldn't upgrade the gpu right now. I don't think an average 10 fps increase justifies spending 200 some odd dollars (unless your card is the 1gb version). I'd personally spend it on your peripheral upgrades.

My card is a AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB. I'm probably going to go and upgrade my peripherals like you said. Thanks!
