How do you disconnect someone from your internet remotely? Sometimes my kids stay up late on the internet and won't go to sleep. Every night I take their phones and computers away but I'd like to find other ways to keep them away from the devices. I also don't want to turn it off because I still need to use it. Do I need to buy a software in order to do this or can I simply do it through my computer? Thanks in advance.

Some routers have the ability to set time-based access control. You'll need to log in to the router.

Hmm. I'm not sure if those have the ability.
I think you can also set access controls in Windows, but you have to be the administrator. Which may annoy them.

Go to control panel (on their computer), User accounts, Manage another user, then Set up Parental Controls. That should have everything you need.
