when i trun on my computer the windows say that the user sevice sercice failed the logon.

This means you have a corrupted windows profile. You will need to login in either safe mode or with a temporary profile and change the name of your current windows profile folder or create a new windows profile entirely. When you login the next time go to your old profile folder and copy your files from that profile to your new one. All of your files will still be there including anything you had installed but you may need to create new short cuts to some of your applications etc.
