You could do better.
Your RAM is expensive. You can get 2x4gb of RAM rated at 1.5v, CAS9 and 1600mhz for $35 cheaper: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31600c9d8ga...
You should go for a better quality psu like this unit: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb...
You can save yourself a lot of money by going with this motherboard: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z87a
And then buy a cpu cooler to overclock: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-r...
With all of that money saved, you should be able to upgrade the GPU to a GTX 770: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx770dc2o...
Finally, Aerocool cases aren't very high quality. I would recommend switching to a higher quality case like the Fractal Design Define R4 or NZXT Phantom 410.
