Windows 8.1 Installation Stuck!?!

So Windows 8.1 is stuck on the installation screen and it says "Getting Ready", how long did it took you all to get past this stage? OR is this a stuck problem to where I need to do something and if so tell me what to do, thanks

Hopefully you left it to run... it can take an awful long time...as long as you see activity on your HDD LED it's still performing!
