TheUnknownPC beware, all the new production of the TridentX that is currently in the market especially the 2400 CL10 kits are:
Single-Sided using high density 512mbit ICs that run at a ridiculously high tRFC of 313
the results are, as apposed to the old double-sided TridentX they are much slower as the tRFC of 313 that they need to run stable makes the primary timings almost ineffective
Also being a single rank kit contribute to the slowness because rank interleaving will not work as it does for the double-sided memory to access all ranks simultaneously making it faster in the same way dual channel configuration does
Also this new single-sided kits that are currently in the market are dull as hell when it comes to overclocking, they can not even boot at anything above 2400mhz .. not even when you try to run at CL9 instead of CL10
i am not sure about the vengeance pro but i tell you, the old tridenX production was awesome, very fast and could clock to the roof, the new single-sided high density line is nothing like it, in my opinion it is garbage when it comes to enthusiasts kit standards and not worth its money, even though they look great and the company has knowledgeable and responsive support.
I had the new production of Kingston HyperX predator 2400mhz to test as well, they were still single-sided one rank kits so still very slow compared to the double-sided bandwidth, but the easily ran at 2666mhz while the Tridentx could not move a bit above 2400mhz
Keep this information in mind when you shop for TridentX these days!
