I need a cheap motherboard for my fx 6300 cpu. Im gonna add a 7770 on to it. This is not a gaming rig just to tell you guys. Im making this for my parents. The motherboard doesnt have to let me overclock. Looking for a motherboard around 60 dollars us

yes it is another name for Micro ATX;

The lower case "u" stands for the Greek letter Mu, and it is used as an abbreviation for micro.
