Problem with ADSL2+ modem

Hi everyone i have a problem and i dont know how to solve it
When i connect my modem to system the system slows down and for example it takes a long time to open my computer
i tried with another modem and another cables but the problem still exists
is there anyone that knows what the problem is?

sounds like your system have malware, trojan or such.. Run a boot scan for issues

I have eset smart security and i scanned my system with that and it found several viruses but the problem still exists

ok... get a usb drive and load the portable versions of Emisofts malware scanner as well as portable ccleaner...

Install and update the scanner on a different machine and boot to safe mode and flush with Ccleaner then run emisoft, each level of scan until it see nothing else. Reboot back into safe mode between each scan
