Does my gaming pc build overall enough to play any games on ultra Settings without "LAG" ?

I do not even know where to start why your build is odd and lopsided.

Why have two ssds that are different from each other and why are there a lot of fans? That many fans will only add more noise more than it will help to cool your system.

Honestly for close to 2000$ i would not settle for less than a six core intel (like the i7 4930k). i could do with out all of the glits and glam (fans and 10000RPM HDDs are not worth it, the returns are pretty diminished after that 7200 rpm anyway. Just get a bigger or more SSDs instead.)
