LGTV max resolution 1280x720
EVGA Nvidia GTX760 2gb
AMD Phenom II X6 1035T 2.6Ghz
4GB RAM DDR3
OMEGA ATX Power supply 1200W
WDC WD10 EADS-22M2B0 1TB hard drive
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I was wondering if this is an issue with the games themselves or my video card is not performing as it should. I have noticed that when I play games that have the option to activate or deactivate vsync like Crysis 2, when I deactivate it my game runs 70fps+ but when I activate it it drops down to less than 30. But with NFSR I get drops down to less than 19fps in some areas and I don't have the option to deactivate Vsync on that game, I have tried with Nvidia software to deactivate it but same performance. I know this game is not well ported but I have a gtx 760, and my HD TV as you can see doesn't have the highest resolution. Please help me find out if my card is performing good or if it is something else!

Thanks

Need for speed rivals is a pretty graphics intense game;

So I say your card is doing how it should, which is good.

Thanks for the quick answer!

According to the requirements on your website I'm way above them. I get really crappy FPS in Arma 2 as well. Is there any software that determines if my video card is performing as it should? and maybe compare it with other results of other people? The reason I'm worried is because I have seen videos of other people online with worse processors than mine running it at 30fps (because it's locked at those fps) but without getting those extreme frame drops that make the game impossible to play. And I'm talking people playing at 1920x1080 resolutions.

Nova Bench is one, it'll do graphics tests and you can compare those result to that of people with the same card, by searching your current card, which is the GTX 760.

Again, thanks for the quick response!

That certainly helps a lot! Now just one more thing, any way to find out if my CPU is bottlenecking with this GPU?

your CPU isn't bottlenecking, but low end dual core CPU's will with a GTX 760, which your CPU isn't so your fine.

Hey I found out that my motherboard has a pcie2.0. GPU is 3.0. Does this influence a lot?

It has no influence at all, since the current cards can´t even achieve pci 2.0 speeds.

You're right. I have a friend with a PCIe2.0 mobo and he's able to run it just fine with the same GPU. He has an intel processor though. Game runs fine in most of the places except when it gets to cities it gets really laggy. I noticed that with low and ultra settings is the same exact thing.
