I mean in comparison with last year, this time the system requirements of many games like bf4,cod ghosts ,watch dogs, etc are very high .Though now they are supporting 7750 and similar cards but i m afraid that after a year or two,the minimum requirements of games will be cards like 650 ti or gtx 660.Will it be so?Cuz i want to play with 7750 or 650 for 2 or 3 years and at least medium settings.so Is it worth buying hd 7750 or gtx 650 now?PLS suggest other long lasting cards around the budget of 7750.Because i dont to upgrade my system again and again.
my other specs-
c2d 2.93 ghz
3gb ram
250 watt psu

hey,
ur major concern from what i read is that u dont want to upgrade anything in 2-3 years
first of all i think your psu is a little underpowered... even if u wanted to go north of 7750 or gtx 650 in performance i dont think your psu would handle it.

i myself have a core 2 duo E8400 and 4 gbs of RAM and an ASUS 7750, although i like my setup just fine but still i think that my cpu is starting to show its age and im pretty sure in 2-3 years this processor will probably struggle with games.

technology advances on like a monthly basis nowadays so aiming to be future proof in my opinion is a major task, what i think you should do is get something that fulfils ur needs now and save up for a new system.

between 7750 and gtx 650 im not sure about it but i think that 7750 is a little faster in some games
hope this helps u
have a good day
