looking for a low-mid range GPU

Hello Guys,
I was thinking about upgrading from my HD 5450 1024MB GPU and the MSI R7 260X 2GD5 OC is currently appealing to me for a Low-mid range gpu... so I was wondering is it a good choice for playing recent titles like ac4,CS:GO, Skyrim, etc. on ultra to high on 1366 * 768 resolution?
and i would also appreciate some same level cards from Nvidia (budget INR. 7500 12,000; that is $120-$200)
Here are my system Specs -
AMD A6-3500 APU
Memory - 4GB
Motherboard - Gigabyte - A55M-DS2
Power Supply - not sure, probably 350 W
and btw this is my first thread so correct me if I made any mistakes :)...

And one other factor is that my environment is kinda hotter than usual so is the cooling on those cards good?

The Cooler on the MSI card is pretty good and will do the job nicely.

Normally most of these cards come with good cooler. It is not only the GPU cooler but the high air flow inside the case which keep the temps under tab.
