basically I bought a prebuild gaming pc due to laziness here it is:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vibox-RXW-AMD-4-0GHz-Quad-Core-Windows-8-Gaming-PC-HD7750-8GB-RAM-1TB-/200970618280?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item2ecac845a8

im wondering will this card work in this PC? if it will could you list a great PSU to power the Athlon x4 750K and the HD7950. Im sure 750W would do the job wouldn't it?

https://www.google.co.uk/shopping/product/903139052665563656?q=hd+7950&hl=en&qscrl=1&rlz=1T4GGHP_enGB565GB565&sqi=2&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.62578216,d.ZG4,pv.xjs.s.en_US.Qb9R7Hul644.O&ion=1&biw=1280&bih=651&tch=1&ech=1&psi=dG8cU7bQDsjKhAeB8oDwAQ.1394372467210.3&ei=f28cU-XsLseShQf9roGQDQ&ved=0CHAQpiswAA

because Im afraid the current Cheap(I think) VIBOX power supply would cause my pc to explode :D
I should have built a pc but I wanted one quickly

WOW! Back on topic. ;)
Like lonewolf7 says, the XFX is a good unit, pretty well perfectly matched to your needs and it has the required leads built in.
Nice card BTW, it'll make your budget rig run like a champ.
Just a last point, the CPU you have has an unlocked multiplier AFAIK, once you've resolved this question, have a look into overclocking it, because a 7950 is going to be held back a bit by the processor if it's at stock speed.

Now ive never really looked into PSU'S does it have the correct wires/cable to power the PC?

The unit listed by Novuake would do vey nicely.
The E-bay item shows a UK Pounds price so I'll give you a few UK sites to shop at: Aria, Scan, Overclockers, Ebuyer, Pixmania, Novetech, CCL, Dabs and Amazon.
Look for 550-600~Watts with the required connectors and try to get something from: corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone, Antec, EVGA or FSP, cheap units are available but they're cheap for a number of bad reasons.
Be careful how you go about the upgrades, you'll almost certainly kill the warranty by opening the case.
Have you already bought the 7950?

Well the card was about £188 on Google but I suppose it doesn't matter because im selling a lot of things and then may flog the 7750 on ebay

also how do I go around finding the right connectors? do I have to check every part in my pc?

She's a troll, and hardly knows what shes talking about. She just recommended upgrading a gpu from a dual core processor lol...

Way more wattage than you need and also not as good quality wise as the XFX i mentioned.

Stay away from CX series of Corsair, cheaply built a budget oriented PSU, so not the best in stressful situation.
HX or TX series are better. Or you can go with XFX 550 or 650, solid as a rock.

HD 7950 requires 200W on max load with approx. 17 Ampere on +12V rail. XFX 550W PSU has 44A on +12V rail.

A company like XFX will DEFINITELY have enough cables and it is a great PSU.

Sorry if this is a necro but i want to let you guys know what happened. I decided to buy a Sapphire R9 270x 2GB instead due to buget reasons)

The cpu is at 4.0GHz (Athlon x4 750k) but is bottlenecking a few games ect. So im going to buy an (intel i5 4670k 4.0GHz) and a popular crossfire ready Board as well as a aftermarket cooler with copper pipes ect. The R9 270x has helped my performance alot with the athlon and i bought a semi modular Corsair 750w.

So the good thing is i can now upgrade with this new motherboard instead of the current AM2 Board. Plus when i save some money im ditching the old case.

So you could say it worked out in the end.

So thanks a bunch
