my pc loads like win 8 and when it opens it shows black screen and show

application cannot find the 0xc000005
and my more errors
when i try to install win 7 it shows an I{O error
when i try to find online soluution they says
open cmd and then type.... what the hel is this! noobs i can't open xp and they r saying to open cmd noob fools....
