as long as the motherboard is hpet compliant then yes. yours is. so enable it in bios and set it to 64 if your running a 64bit o.s. if you still get random off's set it to 32bit but it needs to be on in some form for windows 7.
your user manual for the motherboard should also mention it(around page 50) .
