I have been looking into changing the fans on my h100i to something that is a bit quieter but I know very little about fans and dont know if there are any that are quieter and either equal to or better performing. I have found two that might be as good but i'm not sure and would like some input.
AKASA AK-FN059 HDB Viper Fan 120mm

Which of these would be best or are there some other fans that would be better? I would like to focus on cooling performance over noise but i obviously want something as quiet as possible. I would also like to ignore the cost of the fan when considering it as an option because i'd rather pay more for better fans.
