Overclocking the FX-6300 with the Hyper 212 EVO?

I haven't gotten this build yet, but I was wondering if it was safe to overclock (not major overclocking) the 6300 with the Hyper 212 EVO.

Yes absolutely i have done this personally you can get a 4.0 easy upto 4.6 depending on your chip / temps.

It's a good budget cooler , great for mild overclocking.
