I am helping a friend to build a new system with an 8350 and Asus M5A99FX Pro R2. We are running into some major issues, we can boot into bios but after about 30seconds to 1 minute the screen goes black and freezes and the cpu fan seems to rev up to high rpms. When we first enter bios there are no voltage or temperature issues with the cpu and I even brought over ram that I have stress tested myself to make sure that his new RAM wasnt the problem. Any ideas? We are at a loss and I'm starting to assume we either have a faulty mobo or cpu. (I have built with the 8350 before so I know where the vcore and temps should stand and we are right around 34c and 1.2v.
