So, I started playing Mirror's Edge some days ago and I had some problems... First of all it lagged really bad during complex parts of the game but I solved it by turning off the Phisx support. But I had another issue that I'm still encountering: after 10 or 30 minutes running the game, it just freezes and then I get the Blue screen. I searched around tjis forum and tried all the solution that were given to other people:
-I updated all my drivers using Samsung update plus, UniBlue DriverScanner and NVIDIA Geforce experience.
-Cleaned the vent of my laptop 2 days ago
-Cleaned the system with CCleaner and did a system check with MalwareBytes (and found nothing)

By the way, I tried playing Portal 2 and Antichamber and they were running just fine, so it must be something related to Mirror's Edge.

I'm running Windows 7 (x64) Service pack 1
CPU: Interl(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M
RAM: 4GB (Currently using ReadyBoost to rise it to 8GB)
GPU: GeForce GT 540M ver. 334.89

I hope this information are enough... I'm kinda new to the forum :p

whats the blue screen error code? have you checked your temperatures? by the way, readyboost on that machine does you no good at all.it was originaly designed to boost the memory on machines with 2gb or under of ram.and even then the performance increase is debatable.

Ok, I actually checked the CPU temperature while playing and it went from 46 C° (115 F) to 85° (185 F) in less than 10 minutes *shock* And I was able to take a photo of the Blue Screen error, so here it is:

Sigh... I though that cleaning the vents would decrease the heating :\
Anyway, the problem here seems to be the "display driver" (...right?)
