So I'm having problems with my PC and I need to hear
the beeps to narrow the problem down, but my case
speaker connector doesn't fit on the motherboards front
panel plugin, so I'm wondering if there's another
alternative way to get power to these pins for the
speakers too work just too hear to beep codes.

Solution
That cord has too many wires as part of it to be for an internal speaker to hear BIOS POST beeps with. That's either the front panel audio (goes to the 3.5mm TRS jacks for headphones and microphone) or front panel usb (kinda hard for me to tell which from your photo, but there should be a label on the side of the plug to identify it). Either way, it's not what you're looking for. If you want to hear the diagnostic beep codes, you'll need to buy an internal speaker, like the one I linked before or this one:

Speakers built into the case that would be usable for diagnostic beeps used to be pretty common, but they've gotten a lot rarer lately.

Yes I know what your talking about, my cord from my case that plugs into those pins doesn't fit, so I'm asking if theres another way of getting power to this pins just so I can hear the beeps codes.

Okay, now I'm not so sure what you're talking about. You've got an internal speaker similar to the one I linked, or at least a similar-looking cable end from the case, right? And a 4-pin speaker connector on the motherboard? How do those not fit? Some photos might help.

Without some photos, it's hard to tell if we're even talking about the same thing. It's not normal for the actual speaker to be built in on the motherboard, and if it's there, why are you trying to connect a cord from the case to it? If you're looking at a plug labeled "AC'97" or "HD Audio", that's for the front panel audio, it connects elsewhere on the motherboard, and it's not usable for the BIOS POST beeps. If you don't have a cord labeled "speaker" that's the same shape as the product I linked before, or a free-hanging speaker like that product itself that came with either the motherboard or the case, then you need to get one.

Here's the guide to posting images:
