212 evo is a capable air cooler and depending on your cpu you will be able to achieve 4.3-4.4Ghz with good temps. for even higher water cooling is advised. also it will fit the case. no problem. also the psu is top class but an overkill the 650 version would esily suffice even with massive o/c on cpu and gpu. if you are thinking to sli in the future, though better take the 850W
to o/c you need the (k) version of the haswell series and a z87 mobo so with your options you obviously can!

Yes I do plan on SLI. So i guess 850 it is.
