I'm not sure about what power supply do i need, Here's the parts list:-
CPU: AMD FX8350
GPU: 2GB EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX
MOBO: Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0 AMD 970, S AM3+
CASE: Zalman MS800 Plus Performance Mid Tower
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Jet Black, PC3-12800 (1600)
COOLING: Corsair H100i Hydro Series
HDD: (I'm using an older one from a previous build)

Now, I know that those aren't the best parts but those are the parts i can afford at this point in time. My aim for this build is mostly gaming in 1080p (not looking into 4k since my screen doesn't support it) not recording.

I'd like to also hear any things you think that are wrong on this build or parts that are not compatible,

If you have any suggestions about by build (i.e another motherboard) please keep in mind i have £850 - £900 (Top)

Yes, it helped me very much in my budget build as i was looking at a 700 or 900W supplies meaning that i'd have to spend money where i didn't need to, thanks again

I suppose so but its only £30 difference and the comparisons i've seen online prove that its worth to spend the extar money.

I'd go for this. If you find the case a bit big then you can change it, but MAKE SURE the case you pick will fit the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO.

hmm.. This is a good system but i may have forgot to say that i do not require a ssd nor do i want one, an HDD is not a must and i have a version on windows i can use, so maybe you can re-model this configuration. Also i have a Optical drive from an older system which is perfectly fine. I'm also doing a little Video editing so id like to keep 16gb ram

Ah, you plan on doing video editing aswell.
With that in mind, you should go for the AMD system.
However, you should consider an SSD, it'll make video editing a quicker than a standard HDD and with the 8 cores of the FX-8350 it'll be a blast.
Since you have extra money from no OS and additional HDD you should use this money to buy a 990FX chipset motherboard,

ok thanks, this would look like a system i'd be happy to purchase, you've been a great help to me, thanks again.

I was going to say that a 750W PSU allows for more upgrading space in the future.
