Motherboard options for my needs

Hey dudes. I'm purchasing components in a few weeks but unsure about which motherboard to order. I guess in a similar way of being unsure about which GPU manufacturer to go with! This is what I want from it/what I will be doing with it:

- long lasting with extensive use
- may overclock cpu/gpu in the future (in 1 year or more)
- single gpu, no plan to get another
- option of upto 16gb of ram
- I'm not anal about the quality of on board sound or ability to customise certain things like fan speeds
- not sure if theres any 'hidden' features I would want or need... like what I've searched: Turbo boost technology 2.0

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/36Su0 Is a link to the approximate components I want to get. I know the PSU is bad, it is just a price place holder.

Overall just looking to build a strong PC that will last a _long_ time with games that are out now. I am not a hardcore user so I wouldn't be over clocking like a madman or buying 5 case fans etc as there shouldn't be any need. My budget is around £100. If anyone knows a ton and would be able to recommend some boards it would be great :) Right now I have the MSI G45 Gaming on the page (but it doesn't come with Turbo Boost 2.0, but is it even worth getting?).

For further reference, the games I will mainly be playing up right are Skyrim (modded), CSGO, Metro, BF4.

Thanks a bunch!

Wait, for single GTX 770 you need at least 550W PSU like XFX 550W

On the page refers to being on paper. In other words not in physical form. Meaning I do not currently own the G45, sorry if it came across as confusing! And the PSU is a price place holder, I have a 600W supply I am obtaining for the same price, if you read..

Oh if so, then great build! You said you won't get second card so you can get cheaper board with better grapgics card!

That's a great build but isn't that PSU in there a pretty crappy PSU? Especially compared to the XFX 550W.
