wich worth to by at same prise and why ?
p.s. 4930k&msi costs 100$ more than 4770k&Asus wich worth to buy and why ?
please give me advise

Without knowing what ya gonna do with it, that's kinda hard to answer.

If we are talking Haswell and question was Asus Hero or MSI GD-65, answer would be the winner of Comdex's Golden Choice Award, the GD-65. The Hero @ $200 or so is just too hard a sell at $25 or more above the GD-65 (typically $155 - $1675 depending on specials.

If we are talking X79 and question was Asus or MSI X79 boards it would be good to know if we are talking workstation use or gaming but either way, I'd recommend the Asus boards.... I didn't think the X79 GD-65 was still in production.
