If you have a Geforce card, you might be able to use Shadowplay to record video (if offloads the encoding process to another chip, so should improve performance while recording vs FRAPS).
Check here:
http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience/shadowplay
List of supported video cards:
http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience/system-requir...

Appears a number of people are having this problem, with very specific games.
You might try:
* Downloading the latest video card drivers from ATI or Nvidia directly. Perhaps try doing a full uninstall of the old drivers first.
* Removing and re-installing Java
* Have someone else look at the video on another computer to confirm that the blue tint is showing for everyone and not just you (aka that the problem is recording and not playback).
* Someone mentioned disabling their monitor calibaration software helped.

Note: If you go on google looking for suggestions, note that one of the suggestions is to run a registry cleaner. I strongly advise against that; those things can be dangerous/damaging to a system. Also, the post was probably just another one of the scammers trying to get you to download a shady program or buy something.

Geforce Experience I find is buggy and annoying to use.

There is a good recording program called Action!
You can download a free trial here, I think it lasts 30days before you have to purchase. I've already wrote this, was it deleted or did I not hit enter?

http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html + you don't need Geforce experience or a Nvidia card and it supports all systems.

Was it my post? I'm not promoting a commercial product, I'm saying he can use this then it's up to him if he wants to buy it.
