I currently have two 660 Ti's from Asus. You can see specs here: http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX660_TIDC2OC3GD5/

I want to run every game on highest settings at 1080p with the very minimum of 60 FPS. Should I water cool them, overclock, and wait to upgrade for Volta in 2016 or should I get an 890 when those come out?

Solution
2 660ti should play the highest settings on pretty much 90% of games. I never watercool my stuff because then they have to be taken apart and i cant sell them as easy down the road. Only games you may have issues with are crysis 3 and maybe skyrim.

660ti SLI should really be able to handle 60 fps in most games. But if you're looking for a long term investment. A high end single card would be recommended (titan,780,780ti etc)
