Why is Skyrim minimizing its window

Randomly when I am playing skyrim about every five minutes the window for skyrim minimizes its self and i have to click on it again. Help me fix this this is very annoying, it just started doing this. I have 124 mods but they were all working together fine and are all compatible with each other.

It might be a background process that tries to bring itself up every now and then. Disable any auto update, sync, whatever programs. Make sure that no unnecessary programs or services are running in the background. You might want to tone down the mods though.
