hibernate problem help needed

basically i hibernate my pc when im done with it and once i wake it by pressing the power button i just about get past the login screen (as i have it set to require password upon wake) then the screen goes black my pc shuts down and then i press the power button again it turns back on but doesn't require a password this time and just continues as if the little shut down never happened.I am aware i could use sleep mode and this is better for resuming faster as well but something sometimes wakes my pc from sleep i have no idea what since everything that gives an option to wake the pc i set not too and that didn't make a difference. Also so you know i have hybrid sleep turned off because i was told that can cause problems sometimes.

Haha, joking aside, let's actually check for jokes...

Is there anyone in your household with access to your pc that may have adjusted your power settings to play a trick on you?

Either way, does the computer go to sleep, regardless of whether or not you're using it? ie: moving the mouse, pressing keys etc...

no none would have access to my password for one and besides i dont think my parents know how to install something let alone change power settings and yes it goes to sleep even if i dont continue to unlock it after waking it and once the computer powers down the keyboard and mouse dont do anything while in that state but what i find weird is that that isnt a sleep or hibernate state that it goes into after waking it because if it was then i would be prompted for a password again surely
