Awhile ago I had some issues with my 8 core processor. Only the fans and lights on the case would come on. No display, no lights on keyboard/mouse. Nothing. I switched back to my 6- core processor, same issue. I fixed the 6-core issue by unplugging my HADDs and SSD, booting the system, shutting it down, and hooking back up the HDD's and SSD (my fathers idea). That fixed the issue with the 6 core, but not the 8-core. I sent back my 8 core for a replacement, and got it replace. I tried putting it into my system, but I got the same issue(no display. only fans and case lights come on).

I've switched out everything. Motherboard. CPU. PSU. GFX card. RAM. Case. Same issue. I have no idea what the hell is going on. My weekend has been horrible due to this. I've tried everything by reseatting all components, re-plugging in the PSU to the components, blowing out dust, making sure there is nothing shorting out, cleared the CMOS. Absolutely everything that I can find.
The computer doesn't even display anything with the HDD's and SSD unplugged. I cannot get anything. I really hope that someone can help me out. I have been so frustrated lately, I've got a headache. If you need more information, please let me know. I will provide. Thank you!

Have you tried Safe Mode and reinstalling your graphics drivers?

No, absolutely nothing is showing. I have it set so I have to enter in a password for the motherboard so I can boot into anything, and it doesn't even show. It has nothing to do with the OS.
