i want to put 2 graphic card on my pc both gtx650 ti boost but i do not know if my psu is enough and if it has SLI....??

Your mobo doesn't support SLI.
It would run the cards at x16x4 which is less then ideal.

Your power supply is really a 400-450 watt unit. Not 650 watt. It will not handle 2 650TI boost SLI.
You are probably running close to max on it now.

Hyper SLI will work on some boards.

Hyper SLI enables SLI on a lot of (not all) motherboards that do not support SLI.
