i5 for gaming that will not overclock

I plan on getting a gaming rig soon and I want to go with an i5 but I do not want to overclock for my own reasoning.

If somebody could help me out on the decision, I would greatly appreciate it.

If it helps at all, I would be running the cpu with a gtx 770.

thats fine, just get the "Intel i5-4670" standard, not the unlocked 'k' edition, it will also save you a bit of cash and will be great paired with a 770

The Intel-Core i5 4670 is a great choice for people who do not want to OC the 4570 is also a good choice but it gives less performance..but not by alot

As above, the 4570 and 4670 are great choices.

You could also have a look at the Xeon 1230v3, identical performance to an i7 4770 but priced closer to the i5's. It's a steal.
